Thank you for your interest in the products and services of PCKart Digital Private Limited, henceforth reffered to as “PDPL”. Please read the following carefully, as it might distinguish perceptions you may have with PDPL.
There are two warranties that are offered under PDPL. The first comes with any part that you purchase from PDPL. And the second comes into effect when you purchase any Halcyon PC. Since Halcyon is made under PDPL, it’s warranty extends to quality of assembly, as well as damages arising out of assembly onto itself or its parts. This limited warranty applies to goods, parts and tangible items, and only for physical goods, purchased from or assembled by PDPL. Kindly note some of the fully assembled equipment sold by us carry the warranty of its individual manufacturers. For example, warranties for printers, scanners, laptops, tablets and such are better served if you go to your closest manufacturer service centres. If they do not solve your problem, speak to us, we will make sure they honour our customers.
What does this limited warranty cover?
This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, PDPL will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
We will not attempt at repairing as we think you paid for something brand new, and you must receive it brand new as assembled by its factory. PCKart.IN will solve the issue at no charge, using new parts. If a certain part is unavailable, we will replace it with a better part with your approval. We will not make you wait. Do give us the time to rectify an inadvertent mistake although we made sure we don’t fault. PCKart.IN will refund shipping charges, if it’s our mistake, as soon as we identify the cause.
How long does the coverage last?
Most products carry usual manufacturer warranty. If you purchase any component without a manufacturer warranty, then we will cover it. The warranty period for physical goods without manufacturer warranty purchased from PCKart.IN is 180 days from the date of purchase. The replacement assumes the remaining warranty of the purchase date of the original. This limited warranty is transferable. But please make sure you notify us with a copy of the sale letter signed by both the buyer and seller. Seller’s ID will be required to register the warranty under their name.
We have an optional extended coverage for Halcyon PC for an additional 365 days for a small fee – that makes for a total of two years from the date of purchase.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from defects in material or workmanship, negligence, improper maintenance or modification; damage in full or part by natural causes including but not limited to lightning, flood, or other natural disaster; theft or loss.
PCKart.IN shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the physical good while in transit not just to you, but to us too.
Unfortunately, we don’t have the power to cover damages arising out of software, virus, and usage of Halcyon PCs or from parts purchased from PDPL. Other damages to person or persons, arising out of using, programming, calculating, or automation using an Halcyon PC or PDPL components or parts, are beyond our control and cannot share responsibility of the same. Basically, if you program a Halcyon to switch on the lights, and that causes a fire, we aren’t to be blamed.

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Deliver the physical goods, in its original packaging, including any accessories or documents to the address specified by PCKart.IN.
